The discount will be applicable as per the class the sibling is. If the sibling is in junior wing then the 50% discount will be as per the fee of that wing.
Eg. Composite Annual Fee -Pre primary Rs. 5000/- sibling also in pre primary then CAF will be Rs. 2500/- If sibling is in Junior wing then the CAF will be Rs. 4800/- and so on.
Monthly tuition fee - Rs. 3000/-, sibling also in pre primary then Tuition fee will be Rs.1500/- If sibling is in Junior wing / Senior Wing then the tuition will be Rs. 1750/ 1900/-and so on.
- Science stream : Lab Fee ( Rs.500/- per month) + Caution money ( Rs.1500/-Yearly) to be paid as per school norms.
- Scholarship will be with drawn if the students % goes down in class XI final exam He/ She will not be entitled for the same in class XII.
- Student getting 100% Scholarship will get scholarship as per the % scored in class XI for class XII.

Sibling Discount: The youngest child pays as per the fee above. The elder sibling gets a 50% discount on the Monthly Tuition fee and Annual Charges.
Kindly note: Admission fee once paid is not refundable. Tuition fee will be refunded only if the child has not attended school even for a single day. Annual charges will be refunded on pro rata basis.
Fee payment mode: The fee is to be deposited in the Accounts section by cheque / cash /card / DD favouring Bharat Ram Global School. Kindly insist for a receipt if paid in cash.
Fee Schedule
Kindly Note: No reminder from the school will be sent to parents for fee payment.
The school fee and transport fee are collected for three months in advance. The fees are due in April, July, October, and January by the 20th of the months mentioned above. The Parent can make a monthly payment after submitting a request for the same to the school head. The fee should be deposited by the 20th of every month.
Late fee fine: Rs 10 per day as late fee fine will be levied from
21st April to 20th May / 21st July to 20th August / 21st October to 20th November/ 21st January to 20th February
Rs 20 per day as late fee fine will be levied from
21st May to 20th June / 21st August to 20th September / 21st November to 20th December/ 21st February to 20th March
Rs. 1500/- will be levied if the fee for the quarter remains unpaid along with the late fee fine as mentioned above.
Cheque Bounce: In case of a cheque bounce, the parent will pay the amount mentioned on the cheque along with bounce charge of Rs. 200/- to the school accounts office. In such cases the parent will be deprived of fee payment through cheque henceforth.
Discount: If the parent pays the fee for the whole session, they earn a discount of 10% on the tuition fee. If the parent pays the fee for one term, they earn a discount of 5% on the tuition fee.
Withdrawal:
One Month notice in writing should be given by the parent before withdrawing a child from the school failing which the parent will have to pay the fee for the entire month. All dues of the school should be paid in full and library books returned before applying for a transfer certificate.
Transfer Certificate should be applied for, in writing, in advance. Parents should themselves get the signature of the Education Officer, if needed on the S.L.C (School Leaving Certificate.
