Admission Process
School Visit
You are most welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion with or without your child or you can send the admission enquiry on info@brgsgreaternoida.com or call up on +91 – 7838 – 849 - 303. A meeting with the Principal or any admission incharge member can also be arranged to answer the queries that you may.
Application
Kindly read the ‘Declaration’ mentioned in the application form carefully.
The Parents have to fill in an application cum registration form as the first step. Since the details from here are transferred to the admission register and ERP, Parents are requested to be careful while filling in the details. Spellings of the Name and Surname, DOB & Contact details of the parents need more attention.
Entrance Examination
Class 3 onwards the students have to clear the entrance examination conducted by the school in English, Hindi, Mathematics & Science. The syllabus & the date for the entrance examination can be received from the reception desk. The results are declared two days after the entrance on the school website. The results can also be checked by calling up on the school number. The date of interaction is also intimated with the result declaration.
Admissions to classes Preprimary to II demand an interaction with the family. The interaction is kept pleasant and non-intimidating with an intention to know more about the student and family.
Interaction
An interaction with the school head or any other faculty is arranged to know more about the child. Kindly carry the present school report card or certificates if any to share with the school team. Once the interaction round is cleared, the parent can deposit the fee and book the seat for their ward.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION
The following documents are required with self attested Aadhar Card of the parent & child
- Birth certificate attested by parents.
- Transfer certificate of the previous school ( Applicable from class II)
- Report card of the previous class ( Applicable from class II)
- Medical fitness certificate of the child
- 3 passport size photograph of the parent and child respectively
- Local address proof of the parent
Fee Payment
The Parent will be given three days time to deposit the admission fee to confirm the student’s seat in the said class. The parent will have to pay the first quarter fee along with the annual charges by the 15th of March. Only after the fee is deposited, the section will be assigned to the student and then will be permitted to sit in the class.
RE-ADMISSION
Re-admission charges of Rs 1500/- will be charged from students who are absent for more than 15 workings days without intimation.
Re-admission charges of Rs 1500/ will be charged from our own students for admission in class XI
ADMISSION POLICY FOR CLASS XI
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
1) TC
2) Fee Receipt – First qtr.if studying in other school.
3) Mark sheet – PT-1, Half Yearly, PT-2, & Pre Boards of class X
STREAM SELECTION FORM will be filled and an Admission test will be held for admission to class XI
If the student’s % in board exam is not as per the school criteria then the admission will be withdrawn from that stream.
